SAP IT Services purpose is to ‘Enable SAP to become a Digital Enterprise with Happy End-Users’. SAP IT Services is continuously delivering innovative solutions to our businesses and contributing to our products by adopting the latest releases. All these initiatives deliver significant value to our internal businesses and also to our customers. At the same time, it posts challenges for operations.

SAP IT Operations team ensures rock-solid operations of SAP’s business systems. You will be part of a central, dynamic and highly effective team. You will report directly to the IT Operations Head.


  • Support various strategic and operational topics

  • Help in consolidation/summarizing various important topics and meetings

  • Support in preparing and setup of key events for the organization

  • Support in administrative tasks like generating manual reports, data collection and evaluation

  • Generate ideas with fresh and outside-in perspective


Required skills

  • Current university student (f/m), preferred field of study: informatics

  • Computer skills: Excellent Microsoft skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Language skills: Fluent in English, German language skills beneficial

  • Soft skills: flexibility, communication skills , able to demonstrate speed in handling various operational topics, willing to work in international teams, positive attitude and service oriented thinking, self-dependent working style, goal-orientation

  • Reporting and analytical capabilities

Preferred skills

  • Understanding of SAP IT and operations

  • Good networking skills

  • Reporting and analytical capabilities


  • Any prior experience working at SAP IT is a plus
