PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
P&I HCP User Experience Platform (UxP) is a development unit which has the mission to make Fiori successful with leading technology. The unit is distributed in multiple locations and is responsible for a lot of products as wells as cloud services. The Engineering Services department in UxP supports development teams with UI Design, improvement and alignment of engineering practices (such as program management or cloud engineering), and enabling data-driven transparency. UxP Engineering services is looking for a Working Student for the administrative support of the UxP unit management.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We require a working student (f/m) to support our UxP Engineering Services team with the following tasks:
The main responsibility will be to support senior management with the creation and execution of professional external and internal presentations, demos and strategy papers. This also includes the internal communication with diverse project teams to collect, arrange and proof-read articles for several papers as for instance the “UxP Journal”, “Strategy Papers” or the Intranet (Wiki pages). Moreover, you will support the UxP Engineering Services team with the preparation of diverse reportings and take over the planning, organization and execution of events.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student (f/m) - preferred field(s) of study: Communications, Business Administration, Business Informatics
Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Microsoft Publisher is a plus.
Language skills: Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
Soft skills: Good self-organization skills, pro-active and reliable, ability to interact with diverse project teams, strong communication skills
