The KT&E (Knowledge Transfer and Education) unit provides learning & enablement to SAP, its partners and customers, working continuously to simplify internal enablement-related practices.

Integrated content production aims to deliver fast, standardized, high-quality learning content and to create meaningful, motivational and memorable learning experiences.


Amongst others, your tasks will include:

  • Business Analysis of Content Production including Key-Parameter Adjustments

  • Preparation and Support of Unit and Management-Reporting

  • Clarification of Deviation of forecasted and actual Values with responsible teams

  • Change Management of Reporting Updates

  • Support Business Process Optimization

  • Support the creation of project reports

  • Support the team in day-to-day business


  • Student (f/m) at university or university of applied sciences

  • Preferred field(s) of study: Translation, Languages or Business Administration

  • Profound knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability and willingness to quickly adopt SAP internal authoring and translation tools

  • Fluent in both, English and German, written and spoken

  • Able and motivated to provide excellent service to managers, peers and clients

  • Team player with advanced communication skills and the ability to work independently

  • Responsible and precise analytical thinker with a systematic and effective approach to work
