PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The objective of the SAP Global Certification team is to design, implement and run a best of breed Certification program, which reinforces skill development and quality in the SAP ecosystem, providing the reliable benchmark for SAP customers and partners for their business success. Gain insight into how SAP develops Certification Exams and sets state-of-the-art development standards.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The working student will assist the Global Certification Production and Delivery Team in day to day business, primarily providing support in the areas of delivery channel management, Subject Matter Expert Recruiting, and incident management for the certified community. The student will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Handover of certification exams to the different channels (i.e. SAP Training Center, Pearson Vue)

  • Quality control of 3rd party services: check whether certification exams built by our partner Pearson Vue have been built properly

  • Internal Order Staffing of Subject Matter Experts for the development of certification exams

  • Maintenance of the exam overview in SAPs internal corporate Portal

  • Processing of tickets in the SAP Credential Manager system: answer and dispatch questions from our Partners and Customers regarding their certifications and credentials

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m) at university or university of applied sciences

  • Computer skills: MS Office

  • Language skills: Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)

  • Soft skills: Team player, Social Competency, Trustworthiness (sensitive data)
