SAP´s Global Procurement Organization is looking for an encouraged working student (f/m) to support the Audit and Compliance team within the procurement organization for 20 hours/week (40hours fulltime during semester break possible). We are dealing with the whole end-to-end global procurement process within the SAP group, closely aligned with SAP´s Audit and Compliance Areas.

We are covering the following business areas related to the procurement supply chain

  • Exceptions: Handling of exceptional procurement activities

  • Non compliance: Follow up an tracking of non compliant procurement related activities

  • Policies: Update of SAP´s Global Policies

  • Sustainability & Diversity: Ensure Supplier Sustainability and Diversity

  • Authorizations: Optimize existing authorization concept within the Global Procurement Organization


  • Student (f/m) at university or university of applied sciences with preferred field(s) of study: Procurement

  • Computer skills: SAP R/3(optional), MS Office

  • Language skills: fluency in German and English - both written and spoken

  • Soft skills: Ability & willingness to learn and work in an international environment; team spirit
