PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The mandate of the Global Industry Ecosystem unit is to accelerate our digital industry transformation through business development & joint execution with our most strategic industry partners. This includes joint Go-to-Market with top industry partners, acceleration of co-innovation with partners of all types (System Integrators, Independent Software Vendors, Start-ups), scaling of new routes to market such as Partner Managed Cloud, OEM model and Resell / Value Added Reseller channels, as well as high quality, industry specific partner enablement.
The team engages very closely with SAP’s partners and key stakeholders across all board areas and covers all of SAP’s Strategic and Core Industries: Financial Services, Public Services, Consumer Industries, Telecommunications, Energy & Natural Resources, Discrete Manufacturing and Services Industries.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
With this position, the team is seeking support with all sort of business development activities:
Analysis of relevant business data and revenue numbers;
Preparation of Partner enablement sessions;
Preparation and delivery of Partner events, etc.
The role offers the possibility to work independently with various very experienced team members while getting insight and gaining business knowledge in state of the art Industry go-to-market via different business models with SAP partners.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student (f/m) - preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred but not mandatory
Computer skills: Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
Language skills: Fluency English is mandatory, a good command of German is very beneficial
Soft skills: We are looking for a passionate team player with an intercultural sensitivity and the ability to navigate independently in a large international company. The student should be a self-starter and networker who can make change happen through strong communication skills and keen perception
No work experience needed but experience in large companies can be beneficial.
