The SAP Solution Manager is a central component of the customer landscape, and supports all phases of Application Lifecycle Management - from planning thru installation, implementation and production processing, to the continuous optimization of a customer solution.

The SAP Solution Manager is also connected to the SAP Service & Support Backbone, and is a significant part of the all SAP support offerings abd premium engagements.

We are a constantly growing global solution management team which is managing customer requirements to realization and which is communicating with all relevant internal and external stakeholders

We are looking for a (senior) information developer who likes to join our team. You will be part of the solution management team for SAP Solution Manager and work very closely with software developers, product owners and translators.


Working as an info developer, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Creating and updating user assistance (UA) deliverables that enable end users to configure and use our functionality ( Terminology, UI texts, Application help, …)

  • Ensuring quality and adherence to standards and guidelines

  • Understand the business processes of the topic you will be working for

  • Collaboration with other info developers in our area

  • Developing a UA strategy for SAP Solution Manager which fits our hybrid and cloud strategy


  • A good university degree in technical writing, translation, English or business administration

  • Being a native English speaker (with a good knowledge of German), or a native German speaker with excellent oral and written knowledge of English

  • Experience in technical writing

  • Flexibility and a readiness to communicate with other team members and to participate in knowledge transfer

  • The ability to take initiative and work independently

  • The ability to work to deadlines, deliver on time, and ensure high quality

  • Willingness to acquire extensive product knowledge and learn new skills at short notice


  • Several years professional experience in technical writing

The position can be also filled as part time position
