PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The line-of-business Customer Engagement & Commerce (CEC) drives solutions intended to help businesses moving beyond traditional customer relationship management (CRM) and engaging their customers anytime, anywhere, and on any device. Within CEC, “S/4HANA Marketing Cloud” aka “SAP Hybris Marketing” plays a dominant role and is seen as a major growth opportunity. Our mission is to deliver the world‘s leading Marketing Suite, enabling marketers to engage throughout the whole customer journey in all channels.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You will become part of our “Customer Office Team” within the Hybris Marketing Development organization. The “Customer Office” supports all go-to-market activities for “S/4HANA Marketing Cloud” (in close cooperation with Solution Management). Due to our close involvement in the latest developments we can provide “expert services” when deep product and/or roadmap knowledge is needed, e.g. during Sales Cycle, Partner Enablement or Co Innovation Sessions with customer.
The services, the small team provides, include support during customer deals and implementation projects; enablement of field (presales, sales, consulting) and Partner as well as Rollin of requirements and new trends from the market and existing customer.
You strengthen our team and take over various tasks :
- Support during Sales Cycles and in Implementation Projects
e.g. Customer Demos, Proof of Concepts, Consulting
- Presales, Sales, Consulting and Partner Enablement
e.g. Trainings, Community of Best Practice, RKT (Ramp Up/Early Knowledge Transfer), Collaterals
e.g. Product Update Newsletter, Blogs (e.g. in P&I Jam Group), SCN
- Customer Feedback Process
e.g. Collect, rate and consolidate requirements from various customer implementation projects
Set up of scaling and up-to-date Demo landscape - together with CEC Solution Experience Team
Further important activities: Co-Innovation with Customer, DT-Workshops with Prospects,
Management of Development Angel and Sponsor, Customer Reporting …
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Master’s degree in business administration, science or comparable qualification
Ability to structure and process complex, topic-spanning work loads
Experienced in customer facing activities and excellent presentation skills
Bring people together, motivate, lead w/o formal authority
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Sound knowledge of Marketing processes.
Very good in setting priorities and dealing with critical situations
Good communication skills in German and English. Constructive and open style of communication
At least 5 years of professional experience in development, product/solution management and/or similar positions
Experienced in customer facing activities
Knowledge of SAP organization, culture, and strategic priorities
