PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

We deliver and operate the SAP HANA Cloud Platform (SAP HCP), the platform of choice for business applications in the digital age. SAP HCP delivers services for out-of-the-box integration to connect all SAP solutions in a modular suite. SAP HCP powers the agility layer in our customer’s digital transformation journeys. SAP, customers and partners build innovations and extend SAP solutions on an open, Cloud Foundry based PaaS offering. We enable consumer-grade user experiences with SAP Fiori and a family of user experience services to digitize and mobilize the workplace.

Beyond pure technical capabilities, SAP HCP powers services such as machine learning services, business services and the big data platform with SAP HANA, SAP Big Data Hub and any DB services. In our SAP HCP core unit you will be part of our Engineering & Delivery team. You will be responsible to maintain and develop our project management system to organize the team and project activities and enable an efficient follow-up on action items. As well, you will establish and support the communication within and outside the team via various channels. Finally, you will collect, track and record the team’s head count status and budget related information.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • You will support monitoring of specific unit goals (scope, quality, budget, time) to make sure process and product quality goals to are met

  • You will maintain our capacity- and project planning and reporting tools

  • You will be responsible for the execution of periodic reports for program & project operations

  • You will execute planning meetings, and overall coordinate project management activities (meetings, schedule, rooms, communication)

  • You will support the creation of regular reports

  • You will align the units information roll out channels

  • You will support the tam with ad hoc requests.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

University degree (min. Bachelor as entry level) or comparable experience
