PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The P&I Board Area HR Business Partner team drives the business transformation towards THE most innovative Cloud company powered by HANA, in close cooperation with the business stakeholders. We provide consultancy and support in all people-related matters to the P&I Board Member and his direct reports. The team is responsible for crafting and executing the people agenda for P&I in close cooperation with the local HRBP teams supporting P&I, the COE´s within HR and the P&I COO team.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The Management Support (Senior) Specialist supports the HRBP Lead for P&I and the HR Director SAP SE in a virtual, dynamic and global environment. He/she works closely with both leaders in HR, the key counterparts in the board office, in the board area P&I, the social partners and last but not least the teams to ensure smooth execution of the day-to-day business. Tasks include but are not limited to:
Administrative support e.g. meeting infrastructure, travel management and expenses, manage workflows etc.
Preparation, execution and following up of meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare internal communication material and support the set-up of internal communication cascade
Manage small projects independently
Build a strong and efficient internal network to collaborate with the responsible colleagues in all relevant parts of the HR organization and cross Board Areas
Seamless execution of tasks and communication to all relevant stakeholders requires fast adjustments to the dynamic environment of a global business unit as well as the continuous effort understanding the business to be able to set priorities appropriately
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor degree or equivalent education
Strong organization and prioritizing skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and of SAP internal administration tools
High motivation and high service orientation
Flexible, able to work independently and in a proactive manner
A pragmatic problem solver with sound diplomatic skills
Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
Excellent fluency in English and German, both verbally and in writing
Ability to communicate with all levels of management internally and externally
Proactive and energetic team player, delivering high quality results
Proactive and able to identify and solve problems before they reach critical stages
At least 3 years of professional experience in an executive assistant role
Experience in interacting with executives on a daily basis
Experience in working in a global business environment
Savvy with SAPs tools and processes
Project Management experience is an asset
