PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
IT Services provides efficient IT solutions, technology and operational support to our Lines of Businesses (LoBs) with a strong focus on user-centricity. Supporting more than 75,000 employees and thousands of SAP systems, IT Services is delivering business applications be it classical SAP or new SaaS solutions, mobile apps, web & Hana Cloud Platform-based applications, as well as workplace technology services covering hardware, client software and unified communications and collaborations solutions. Fundamentally, IT services is enabling SAP to become a Digital Enterprise with happy end users.
Our Deal Execution team is responsible for the End-to-End solution delivery supporting SAP’s core Deal Execution business processes closely interacting with the respective LoB – Global Finance & Administration (GFA). Here we act as the Business’ trusted advisor and expert, driving together the simplification of business processes based on a user-centric approach. In a joint responsibility with the respective business and process teams, we identify strategic priorities, determine the portfolio and corresponding execution plans.
Within the Deal Execution organization – the Order2Cash team focuses on the on process automation and business integration of Contract Management, Order Management and Cash Collection processes to increase SAP´s efficiency and enable SAP´s growth. In particular, the portfolio of Order2Cash covers services such as contract & document management, order processing, pricing, tax determination, billing, cash collection and interface services to related application and solutions requiring the contractual situations with the customer as a foundation for their processes.
In this area you can work on a wide variety of projects. You can be part of IT teams who showcase SAP as the company’s first and best reference customer through the SAP Runs SAP program and close collaboration and co-innovation with our SAP standard development organization.
To strengthen the technology enablement and implementation knowledge within the Order Management area, we are looking for an IT Solution Architect Expert SD/CRM to:
Implement sales and integration scenarios on S/4HANA, CRM and ERP
Support the agile transformation within IT and deliver with scrum teams
Steer the design, development, deployment and support of the solutions for internal use
Apply IT life-cycle guidelines for implementation & ongoing operations
Provide architecture, infrastructure and interface design guidance to guarantee best usability and performance, including security considerations
Co-Innovate with SAP P&I groups and bring successful IT innovations to the internal end user
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Drive creation of epics, themes and user stories, perform requirement management and conduct feasibility studies
Technically lead the implementations of IT solutions in accordance to the business requirements
Lead / collaborate with internal & external resources
Act as trusted advisor and partner to lines of business and BI&AS Global Operations teams
Plan and execute handover of project to Global Operations which covers the day to day support
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
10 years as a SAP ERP/CRM technical consultant with preferable development background
Master Degree in Computer Science or comparable, other branches of study also welcome
Proven record of ERP SD/CRM implementations within O2C.
Feeling at home in virtual, distributed and multicultural teams.
Advanced oral and written communication and interpersonal skills in English
