PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP's Career and Talent Management CoE supports SAP’s People and Organization agenda by designing fully integrated people management practices (goal, performance, potential and succession management) and development programs for the different “talent” segments (e.g Early Talents, Fast Track, Professionals & Experts), that unleash the personal success of employees and drive achievement of SAP’s corporate goals.
The Expert Career team focuses on the development of Expert employees pursuing the functional career path and programs/activities to strengthen the Expert and Chief Expert role at SAP to unleash the personal success of employees and drive achievement of SAP’s corporate goals.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As part of the Expert Careerteam, the intern will:
Support Expert Career team members with the re-design of the global learning curriculum for the Expert segment (functional career path).
Create analytics and reports to measure the segment insights to drive meaningful business decisions across the company and will also assist in the analysis.
Support the Expert Career lead in preparing project team calls, maintaining project plans and collaboration spaces for the project
Daily interactions with colleagues, internal and external stakeholders in various hierarchical levels and countries. Virtual meetings are common practice as the team is situation in various locations around the globe.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences. Enrollment in MA/MS Program in HR or OD is a plus.
Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or Communication.
Language skills: Must be fluent in English
Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to build strong, positive relationships with stakeholders, partners, and colleagues

Quick thinker; proactive problem solving skills

Project Management experience is a plus
Excellent MS Office skills, especially for MS Excel and PowerPoint required.
Previous HR Experience is a plus
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and in general be very computer savvy
