PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Maintenance Go-To-Market (M-GTM) mission is to enable our customers to run better by maximizing the value and innovation they derive from our support portfolio, while protecting and enhancing SAP’s maintenance business.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Create regular monitoring of customers at risk to terminate maintenance contracts with SAP. Analyze trends, to proactively define counter measures to mitigate risk.
Leverage Business Intelligence assets (newly deployed dashboards) to drive continued optimization of transparency, cross all Regions and Market Units within MGTM.
Support operational execution of MGTM related processes (e.g. block of support, extension policy) in interaction with colleagues from other SAP countries.
Ensure data quality and support improvement and implementation of respective data quality steps in SAP’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student (f/m) of a university or a university of applied sciences
Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Very good command of written and spoken German and English
High level of initiative and operational readiness
Soft skills: communication and intercultural skills, independent work style
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Start as soon as possible
