The Maintenance Go-To-Market (M-GTM) mission is to enable our customers to run better by maximizing the value and innovation they derive from our support portfolio, while protecting and enhancing SAP’s maintenance business.


  • Create regular monitoring of customers at risk to terminate maintenance contracts with SAP. Analyze trends, to proactively define counter measures to mitigate risk.

  • Leverage Business Intelligence assets (newly deployed dashboards) to drive continued optimization of transparency, cross all Regions and Market Units within MGTM.

  • Support operational execution of MGTM related processes (e.g. block of support, extension policy) in interaction with colleagues from other SAP countries.

  • Ensure data quality and support improvement and implementation of respective data quality steps in SAP’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.


  • Student (f/m) of a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Very good command of written and spoken German and English

  • High level of initiative and operational readiness

  • Soft skills: communication and intercultural skills, independent work style

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Start as soon as possible
