PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The product unit Process and Network Integration (PNI) with more than 160 employees working in three major locations (Walldorf, Bangalore, Sofia) is part of SAP HCP Integration & Orchestration (I/O). PNI is providing technology products and services to integrate business processes across applications (A2A) and across company borders (B2B and B2C). Major products are
SAP Process Integration (PI) being used by more than 7000 customers as the world’s second most adopted on-premise middleware, with a focus on SAP application integration, but also being widely used for non-SAP and B2B integration
HANA Cloud Integration (HCI), which is SAP’s strategic cloud integration service based on HANA Cloud Platform (HCP), with an increasing offering of integration content provided by the SAP Cloud applications for SAP cloud integration.
The PNI organization is a product unit with end-to-end product responsibility (product definition, defining the implementation backlog of the engineering teams, software development and delivery, and operations of the cloud service). We apply LEAN and Agile principles for software development.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You are providing administrative and business services to the head of PNI in an international and distributed environment. You are part of the PNI management team and responsible for a variety of topics:
Identifying, planning and performing measures and smaller projects to continuously improve PNI’s operational excellence
Providing business transparency on budget, costs, orders etc.
Preparing presentations, conference calls, workshops and management documents
Preparing and hosting of strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders, follow-up on action items
Assisting the head of PNI with HR related activities (e.g. improving intercultural competencies, improving teamwork in distributed organizations etc.)
Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor or master degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related disciplines.
Very good presentation and moderation skills
Excellent communication In German and English
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Ability to work under time pressure
Solid project management skills
Experience with SAP internal tools (e.g. Corporate Portal, wiki, ClearCapa, …)
Basic understanding of LEAN and Agile development processes
At least 4 - 6 years administrative and business support experience in fast-paced environment
Proven record of successfully managed projects in the context of business administration (e.g. Budget / Controlling)
The position can be also filled as part time position
