As the management consultancy of SAP, Business Transformation Services (BTS) support their customers in identifying value creation potential in the planning of Digital HR projects. We manage and solve the people issues that enable customers to reach their strategic HR objectives, from both an IT and business perspective.

Overall, our team of HR Consultants within BTS addresses value and capability by transforming customer HR functions through improved HR operating models, processes and cloud solutions to impact business performance.

JOB EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As a Business Consultant you work in small, combined teams of clients, SAP account teams, SAP SuccessFactors Consulting experts and partner companies on strategic projects:

  • Analyze, evaluate, map and create plans to align business processes & solution architecture

  • Identify potential improvements for HR, evaluate and articulate the value and develop long-term HR IT roadmaps

  • Optimize HR Business Processes, design HR IT solution architecture and help customers to adopt Best Practices

  • Drive innovation by identifying optimization opportunities in the area of “Human Resources”; in particular for Talent Management and Core HR

  • Lead projects involving alignment of multiple teams, including people from different regions and cultures

  • Work closely with BTS market and industry units, SAP SuccessFactors implementation and account teams to develop and drive business opportunities for SAP

  • Manage customer challenges and escalations in a proactive and structured manner

  • Support the development of new services and methodologies to drive digital business transformation

  • Demonstrate thought leadership in Digital HR

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Master degree or an MBA

  • Extensive knowledge in more than one of the following areas: Talent Management, HR Analytics, HR Core, Business Process Management, HR IT Architecture, Business Architecture

  • Expert in SAP SuccessFactors solutions

  • Successfully completed international HR business transformations projects

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and presentation skills (verbal, written)

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with a proven track record of consultative sales success

  • Very good problem solving abilities & out-of-the box thinking

  • Profound understanding of Digital Transformation and its impact on HR strategies

  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English and in another European language

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, e.g. SuccessFactors projects, with a reputed consulting company, system integrator or corporate HR department

  • Experience in designing IT Roadmaps and articulating the business value associated

  • Experience in conducting and leading Design Thinking workshops would be a great plus

  • Management Consulting Experience in Business and IT Strategy and Governance, Value Management, Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Management, Shared Services, HR Center of Excellence

  • Awareness of global cultural differences; previous work experience in a multi-national environment preferred

  • Goal-oriented: starts, drives and accomplishes tasks with little direction

  • Teamwork: builds relationships at every level of the organization and is a motivator who knows how to influence others to do their best work

  • Interpersonal skills: ability to interact with CXO’s of customers

The position can be also filled as part time position
