Edwards Lifesciences Technical Service Administrator in Germany
- The Technical Service Administrator (TSA) for Edwards Critical Care is the interface between the local field and the European technical service organization of Edwards. The TSA organizes all administrative tasks around the repair and recurrent testing of instruments, service contract management, and the coordination of local service providers.
Major Job Functions:
Manage service calls in JDE. This includes
opening the call
coordination of associated shipments
ensuring completeness of call information
invoicing customers for repair/maintenance services provided
Coordinate local service providers (if present). This includes
act as main point of contact for the local external service provider
coordinate shipment of equipment to and from service provider
commission local service provider to carry out services on Edwards devices
monitor training and certification status of service provider’s technicians
provide updated procedures to service provider’s technicians so they can aknowledge read and review training
Update of the installed base of capital equipment in JDE. This includes the manual correction of equipment status and address information according to the information provided by the sales organization.
Manage service contracts and rental agreements. This includes
creating and updating the record of such agreements
invoicing to customers when payments are due
contacting customers to coordinate recurrent testing covered by contracts
Coordinating the distribution of special tools and equipment (like upgrade materials and operator manuals) to the local sales organization
Commercial education in office administration, warehouse administration, technical support or similar
Minimum of 3 years experience in a multinational organization
Good knowledge of MS Office applications and general computer literacy.
Readiness to understand and follow complex workflows in a technical ERP system like JD Edwards
Experienced in terms of following compliance guidelines
Very good English and German skills in speaking and writing
Excellent organizational skills
Able to manage multiple projects
Demonstrate time management and prioritization skills
Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented with high level of energy
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
