Strategic Supplier Account Manager m/f Based in Germany (Home Office)
The Honeywell SPS Strategic Supplier Account Manager owns overall leadership for Honeywell Supplier accounts across all products, services and support on a worldwide basis. The Strategic Supplier Account Manager (SSAM) is the day-to-day Honeywell SPS sales lead responsible for success at the Supplier account, defined as above average revenue growth and increased customer satisfaction. The SSAM is chartered to leverage Honeywell’s balance of trade to generate build pipeline and increase share of demand within the Honeywell Supplier base. The SSAM is also responsible for worldwide communication inside the Honeywell SPS global organization as well as all organizations within the Supplier Account. The SSAM must develop deep customer knowledge and align all Honeywell SPS activities to the customer initiatives and transformations.
The SSAM is Honeywell SPS’s primary point of contact for the customer and is responsible for overall account revenue growth by managing key relationships and ensuring the customer achieves value from Honeywell SPS solutions. Key responsibilities include the development & active management of the account strategy, alignment and management of the extended sales team, tracking and communicating progress, and growing Honeywell SPS’s revenues across the full breadth of Honeywell SPS products & solutions for the Supplier accounts.
A minimum of 10 years selling and account relationship management experience with a track record of verifiable revenue target achievement.
A minimum of 10 years selling hardware and/or software.
A minimum of 5 years selling Enterprise solutions.
Fluent German and English
Cross-LOB team management experience.
Track record of strategic plan development and execution.
Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressured environment.
Experience with building and development of teams and talent required. Project/Program Management skills are a plus. INTERESTED?
