Responsibilities include:
Qualification of the business opportunity as well as identification of new business opportunities and win-back opportunities. Establishment of customer relationships with key customer personnel and NCR Account Management. Determining customer requirements. Evaluating customer requirements, matching these requirements to NCR capabilities and articulating service solutions in terms of ROI. Developing a customer sales account plan for service business. Develop and negotiate teaming agreements, statement or work, and partner subcontracts as needed. Work with a number of technical support resources and service solution architects in the creation of proposals and delivery plans. Therefore, a successful working relationship with the support teams needs to be developed so that successful handoffs can take place and problems/issues can be proactively identified and solved. Identify and report missing service elements or support structures to upper management. Supervising the sales process including the execution of the approved customer sales plan. Insure the execution of the sales process steps: qualify the opportunity, survey the customer, demo the solution clearly articulating the customer benefit, propose the solution, close the award. Ownership of project status reports and internal project review sessions. Overseeing the development and review of NCR's services proposal. Participate in the customer negotiation process, as required. Once won, manage an orderly and transparent transition of the project to the engagement team for solution delivery.
Proven success in solution and/ or service sales environment.
Strong leadership skills, motivational and self-directed.
High level of creativity, able to provide unique solutions to a wide variety of challenges.
Demonstrated success in presenting and articulating the value of technology solutions and/ or services to C level audience.
Ability to analyse a customer’s operations and develop a compelling business case.
A minimum of 3 years working in Financial Services or Technology solution selling.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in local language(s) and English.
Ability to travel 50% of time.
