Scientists worldwide are using XF technology to advance their research in understanding the role of cell metabolism in neurodegeneration, aging, cancer, cardiovascular, cell physiology, toxicology and hepatobiology, immunology, infectious diseases, mitochondrial diseases, model organisms, obesity, diabetes, metabolic disorders, screening and translational medicine.
Consistently achieve or exceed your territory sales plan.
Set up and coordinate technical product presentations by and / or with Agilent's Channel Partners in Eastern Europe, Russia, Middle East, India and Africa.
Demonstrate clear product and technology expertise and serve as the field-based expert in the assigned product line.
Prove your great selling skills by calling on all levels of our customer’s .
Participate in, and sometimes lead sales training programs as presented to develop appropriate selling skills consistent with the Company philosophy, policies and procedures.
Mentor or serve as model to our Channel Partner's Account Managers, Field Application Scientists, and other members of the sales and marketing organization with advanced skills, knowledge, attributes, and proven performance.
Participate consistently and play an active positive role on regional calls Provide regularly oral and written communication of successes, failures, best practices to help improve the sales team.
Develop presentations and customer proposals for products under company guidelines.
Travel as necessary to visit customers and attend meetings.
5+ years in the Life Science Research sales/ marketing/tech service.
Demonstrated track record of success.
Intimate knowledge of the key accounts in your sale region.
Strong knowledge of cell analysis; ability to understand and discuss cell-based research. Ability to translate enabling technologies into easily understood sales presentation.
Excellent oral and written skills.
Strong organizational, project and time management skills.
Highly adaptable and independent.
Comfortable working in a matrix management environment.
Willing to spend 50+% of the time visiting customers.
Fluent speaking and writing English.
