You will join a team of highly dynamic and motivated marketing professionals in charge of supporting and growing Agilent Consumables and Services business by defining marketing strategies and developing and executing marketing programs, inbound and outbound. You will contribute to the successful commercialization and launch campaign of new products and services. The position requires strong marketing skills including an ability to understand buyers needs throughout the customer journey and translate those into successful programs that drive revenue growth and add a new dimension to customers’ interactions with Agilent. You are comfortable working in an international and multi-dimensional team, aligning global program with regional execution
Creating innovative marketing and business development strategies to capture market share for Agilent Consumables- LC & LCBio & GC columns, supplies, sample preparation and spectroscopy supplies
Collaborating with product managers and marketing communications professionals to develop strategic product messaging and positioning that is translated into marketing collateral, promotion and commercialization plans.
Collaborating with field to analyze related competitive information, market and customer data; facilitate effective program development that meets multi-regional needs; ensure global efficacy of programs and to align execution;
Performing financial analyses and building business cases; Identifying target audiences and offers for a program; Working with marcom to develop program plans and the appropriate tactic mix; define training and content requirements for programs.
Measuring and evaluating the short- and long-term impacts and return on investment of programs. Implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement of program strategy & design, as required.
Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology with 4+ years’ experience in marketing and commercialization strategies and or consumable sales
Alternatively Marketing, Business Administration degree or equivalent along with 4+ years of relevant experience in analytical business.
Experience developing outbound marketing programs to drive demand for new and existing products, as well as encourage repeat purchasing and customer loyalty
Experience with digital marketing strategy, media plan and social media
Demonstrated results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal-focused plans that align with strategic objective
Effective and demonstrated project management and organizational skills
Clear and compelling writing skills; strong oral communication skills; strong content presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals cross-organizationally, cross-functionally and within a global matrix
Strong initiative and creativity
Proven ability to understand the needs and buying influences of a scientific target audience
