Job Description

As a Team Assistant & Management Assistant (m/f) for Surround View you are responsible for the support of the engineering teams, as well as of the Head of Surround View.

Your tasks will be:

  • Efficient office management and execution of general administrative tasks for the management

  • Coordination of internal and external appointments and meetings: e.g. management of diaries, organization of customer visits, booking rooms for meetings, workshops and trainings

  • Realization of small projects and cooperation with assistants in other ADAS Locations world wide

  • Business travel arrangement and assistance with the completion of expense claims

  • Realization of small projects and cooperation with assistants in other ADAS Locations world wide

  • Order management (CEOS) and tool management and support (e.g. vacation tool, share points)

  • Managing correspondence (email, mail) and phone calls

  • Identify process related efficiencies and improvements to reduce administration and paperwork

  • Support and demonstrate our values and associated behaviors

Job Requirements

  • Commercial professional education or degree in economics or similar

  • Several years of experience as an assistant

  • Good Working knowledge of MS Office programs

  • Experience with SAP R/3 is a plus

  • Good German and English language skills (written and spoken)

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

  • Well organized with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload under pressure

  • Experience of working in an international environment
