PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Knowledge Transfer & Education (KT&E) enables the SAP ecosystem with relevant, consistent and scalable information, learning, and collaboration – for SAP Innovations and SAP-internal processes. Major deliverables include innovation and solution launch enablement, openSAP and services in support of both SAP’s education business as well as internal knowledge initiatives.
The Shared KM Services (SKMS) unit within KT&E delivers powerful, scalable and customer-focused media, survey, reporting and event services.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
For the Shared KM Management office, we are looking for an open-minded, customer-focused working student that learns quickly and adapts easily to new tasks. The Shared KM Management Office centrally coordinates communication and marketing, as well as reporting activities for the whole unit. Among others, the student will support us with the following tasks:
Internal marketing of our services in various channels
building of our stakeholder management
drafting and editing communication / marketing materials
creation of reportings
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Current university student (f/m) - preferred field(s) of study: business administration, information science, business informatics, information systems, or similar subjects; humanities are welcome to apply as well.
Computer skills: excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Powerpoint; ability and willingness to learn and work with new tools and applications
Language skills: good communication skills in English and German (written and verbal)
Soft skills: attention to detail, self-dependency, ability to work in a team, flexibility and reliability
Others: ability and willingness to work in an international and virtual environment
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/ programming languages.
