Job Title Process Engineer (m/f) Assembly Turbo Charger
Posting Location Regensburg
Industrialization of further Turbocharger generations according to the Product Life Cycle
Support industrial engineering on pre acceptance and final acceptance of assembly equipment (pressing and torquing), support quality department by solving quality issues and production support. Optimization of the production processes in CZ and MEX
Concept development, planning and implementation of production equipment according to specifications of internal processes. Lean Investment and Design Guidelines have to be implemented
Creation of process qualification and process capability verifications
Relevant planning factors are (e.g. PAPP, Ramp up and SOP) align with the nessesary departments and the NPL Plant Manager
Capacity analysis, prepare schedules, set and match target investment costs and production times
Active control of product costs in accordance with the agreed cost (e.g.Analysis of internal or external production, support the decisionmaking on investments)
Check the technical documentation and design specifications, monitor and analyze results
Evaluating optimization of production time, develop process improvements, establish and monitor results
Active support for the introduction of new customer projects into production by PLC (Product Life Cycle)
Active support of all ATL manufacturing sites in change Management
Academic Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production engineering
Several years of working experience in a similar activity
Good knowledge in project management
Good knowledge in the MS Office programs
Very good German and English knowledge as well as good Spanish knowledge in writing and speaking
intercultural experience or understanding
