Global Support Delivery (GSD) is the delivery organization of Technology Services (TS) supplying product centric services to Hewlett Packard Enterprise customers. Services range from repair services to implementation and start up services and account support to multinational global accounts as well as to German "Mittelstand" customers. So far TS has relied mostly on services with clearly defined standardized deliverables, delivering with an optimized cost structure including near and far shored delivery entities. But HPE customers, especially large customers, expect service solutions that fit smoothly to their needs and into their processes. For these contract scenarios GSD needs to adopt its processes to these requirements.

Our Team:

Our team GSD Operations Management is part of the GSD team in Germany. It is a cross-functional delivery unit supporting the service units/teams with quality knowledge and project management skills. It provides project management capabilities for GSD in the following areas:

Deal Implementation (for MCP, ES-TS DC Deals, complex delivery specials) Strategic Projects and Programs Internal Projects

A Deal Implementation Manager/OSS Transition Manager manages the necessary steps to enable customer specific services and ensures service readiness:

implementing new TS complex service deals to the customers full satisfaction and at the lowest possible costs managing changes in existing service implementations and transitions of TS customer deals implementing and supporting projects that ensure service readiness for new services of TS managing projects and programs to increase delivery efficiency contributing to Global Delivery's PM profession and the GSD project management community combining business and GSD process know how with solid project management skills Projects vary in size and length; typically you are engaged in several parallel projects.

Clarifies scope (typically with customer and Account team) Manages customer project delivery Manages project financials Manages client relationships (external and internal) Manages project team (customer, supplier, internal) Contributes TSD business and process knowledge In case of need internal project assignments are possible. Qualifications: Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent practical experience (max. 12 month of working experience) Knowledge and Skills Required:

Formal Project Management skills Strong leadership skills Analytical skills as well as problem solving skills Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills External/internal customer facing skills (all management levels) Ability to work with a minimum of direct supervision or guidance from others Teamworker Sound experience in project management or in like roles/businesses Mentoring and coaching ability leadership abilities, people management or team management a plus Interpersonal sensitivity and responsiveness to customers (internal and external). Flexibility to work outside of office hours (in hot project phases) Willingness to travel (max. 25%) Good language skills in German and English Additional Attributes are a plus:
