Global Product Marketing Manager m/f

The Honeywell HTS team is looking for an experienced, energetic, and innovative Global Product Manager to grow our worldwide leading commercial and industrial portfolio. The primary product lines for this position will include Burner Management Systems (BMS) and Fuel Delivery Systems: 1. BMS: Burner controls, Flame supervision, Actuators

  1. Fuel Delivery: Gas and air valves, flow controls, regulators and accessories


    Create and grow an industry leading global product offering.

    • Understands and manages customer-oriented product lines services, new product/services development ideation and process management, competitive offerings.

    • Link between technology/product lines customers

    • Drive and participate in system application teams

    • Direct and maintain competitive product/service product lines that deliver more value than next best alternative.

    • Demonstrate innovative profitable business models and lead change as required.

    • Establish and promote the use of metrics to improve program effectiveness.

    • Use defined toolkits and processes to manage portfolio/ programs/projects.

    • Be competent in VOC, research and analysis and marketing toolkit

    Strategy & Planning

    • Own the product planning process, Full life cycle management, develop and manage product roadmaps linked to segments, customer needs and willingness to pay; product positioning linked to distinctive understanding of competitive offerings and value; product value pricing.

    • Understand transactional pricing tool kit and analytical techniques, pricing waterfall tool. Execute waterfall analysis and drive to actions with financial results.

    • Design VOC. Understand segmentation. Understand value elements critical to customers, calculate value equations and target value propositions to customer segments.

    • Drive value pricing discipline within the context of the offering. Drives tool development and learning.


    • B2B experience in Commercial and Industrial markets

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Engineering.

    • Minimum of 5 years of professional business experience.

    • Minimum of 2 years of Product Marketing or related experience

    • Fluent English


    • Demonstrated ability to work in a global environment

    • Product management experience in electronics or combustion controls.

    • Experience with software and/or communicating systems is a plus.

    • Success managing marketing, strategic planning and product management.

    • Proven strategic, analytical and implementation skills.

    • Technical Degree and MBA preferred.

    • Demonstrated bias for action and growth.

    • Knowledge of German is a strong asset.
