  • To provide customer sales services to JAZZ Pharma Region 3 (R3) Customers and to collate and report on sales and business information to the JAZZ Region 3 Management Team.

  • To support the International Customer Services function as and when necessary

  • To analyse sales trends and stock supply and input into future forecasting and business information

  • To support marketing team by taking over congress responsibilities

  1. Customer Services
  • Act as first port of call for all external customer calls into JAZZ Pharma R3

  • Take telephone orders from direct accounts and arrange for timely delivery

  • Liaise with JAZZ Field Sales Teams and Management to set up offers and pricing agreements for individual accounts

  • Record all outbound sales, prices, discounts and stocks in the Navision system for reporting and monitoring purposes

  • Liaise with logistics department to proactively manage the stock and supply of JAZZ Pharma R3 Products and place orders in accordance with policy

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with customers/ buyers

  • Reinforce and maintain the image of the company as an ethical pharmaceutical company

  • Responsible for coordination and communication between customers and internal departments by complaints and other issues during the order and shipment process

  1. Sales Reporting & Market Information
  • Compile R3 Customer Sales Reports on Daily and Monthly Basis

  • Prepare R3 Sales Force Results on Monthly Basis

  • Maintain the R3 stock and supply situation and proactively manage any supply issues as and when they arise

  • Create Sales & Marketing Information Reports to analyse buying patterns, key customer segments and business cycles

  • Input to Sales & Marketing efforts to highlight & identify any potential customer and business opportunities

  • Assist Sales Management to maintain JAZZ Pricing Policy

  • Assist Business Managers and Sales Teams with ad-hoc sales information and analyses

  1. Finance function activities
  • Responsible to send Monthly VAT declaration after month close

  • Responsible for creating invoices and follow up in a timely manner

  1. Marketing support Support marketing team by taking over congress responsibilities such as:
  • contract management for congresses/conventions, booth space booking, reservations, registrations, hotel and flight bookings for HCPs, communication with HCPs, complete finance related tasks (such as raising PRs and POs) and track budget

  • allocated contact person for a part of the KAM and MSL team to support them with regional conventions (e.g. contract management, reservations and registrations)

Technical / Professional Expertise

  • Graduate or Diploma qualified (Marketing or Business Qualification a distinct advantage)

  • Must be proficient with MS Office (Microsoft Excel Skills Essential)

  • Demonstrable basic financial & numerical skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Previous customer services, sales, marketing or office management skills necessary

  • Good knowledge of English language (oral/written)
