Amazon is looking for a strong Team Lead Campaign Management (f/m) to manage and mentor a growing team, drive operational excellence, scale processes, and deliver results to support revenue objectives for the online display advertising business in Germany.

We are leveraging Amazon’s world-class personalization technologies to build highly relevant ads for our advertising partners and customers. Creative production will grow in scope, scale, and complexity with the introduction of more branded experiences on Amazon properties, devices and our growing video ads offering will require greater emphasis.

Touching all Amazon platforms (Desktop, Mobile, Kindle Devices, AAP, DPReview and IMDb) the creative production leader will split their time between working on their own assigned accounts, people management, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across the business to provide exceptional customer service and innovative advertising at the highest standard.

Your responsibilities:

  • Effective resource management to coordinate efforts of the team on major campaigns, ability to assess and manage workload across the team, allowing agile response and balanced resource utilization

  • Actively partner and build strong working relationships with Directors, Managers & key teams, Account Management, Sales and Creative/Design, to ensure services team drives flawless execution and great customer service

  • Project management skills to drive creative delivery, campaign monitoring and troubleshooting

  • Deliver client workshops to improve asset content, creative delivery, and raise awareness of Amazon policy, all based on a deep understanding of the end-to-end user journey

  • Contribution to regular reporting of key metrics to the upper management team

  • Participate in hiring and mentoring the team in collaboration with your manager

  • Contribution and ownership of local and international initiatives relating to improvement of products, workflows, and go to market for new products.

  • Experience with Trafficking, Technical Account Management, Project Management, and Creative Production – with related insights on typically associated tools and processes

  • Strong academic credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Media, Computer Science, or Business preferred or equivalent work experience.

  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills in English and German

  • Detailed oriented – but with an ability to grasp the big picture

  • Client facing and service oriented, demonstrating ability to represent the business with clients, agencies and key internal stakeholder

  • Background in ad-operations/creative production with first experience of building and managing a team.

  • Ability to lead change management initiatives in the team that continuously enhance the customer experience and process efficiency
