The SAP Hybris TEK department (Technology Education and Knowledge) cares about providing services to a department of 300 people CEC Cloud Services and Support. The team consists of different specialists of various topic areas (7 team members) and works in global scope.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Setup and maintain SAP Solution Manager test instances for our SAP Hybris Support E2E Supportability development team
Help the SAP Hybris Support department with virtual environments for several test setups and assist in Linux/Windows related administrative questions
Drive this virtualization to the next level with “Docker”
Support the team in IT related questions and communicate with the SAP IT team
Join the SAP BCP (SAP Ticketing system) Power User Team, help configuring the tool for the Could Service & Support needs and work on improving support processes from an administrative perspective
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor in IT technology, professional education in IT industry or equivalent
Linux professional experience
Windows Server professional experience
basic knowledge of virtualization technologies
professional experience in system administration
basic knowledge in networking concepts
practical experience with Docker technology
Atlassian Software related knowledge, Confluence advanced editing skills, Jira basic administrative overview
Experience in administering versioning systems GIT, SVN
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desire to learn new products and technologies
ideally 2 years
