S&OP Analyst in Munich, Germany

Are you excited about partnering with retail leaders to drive high-visibility, strategic, revenue-generating activities, to define new replenishment strategies and logistic networks? If so, the EU Supply Chain Operations Team is looking for an Analyst (f/m) with a proven delivery record to: own and execute strategic, cross-functional Supply Chain projects.

MEU S&OP Analyst

This role requires working with business teams across the company to: define requirements and high level process/system solutions; lead cross-functional development teams and manage timelines for expansion and new market efforts. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. This position provides the rare and unique opportunity to learn from a team of deeply seasoned veterans and combine these skills with a broad comprehension of our technology systems in the areas of end to end Supply Chain Optimization to deliver strategically critical projects in EU. This role will also involve you to work closely and be able to influence senior leaders in our fulfillment centers and across the Retail business.

To be successful in this position, we seek an innovative analyst who ideally has the knowledge and experience in supply chain and logistics – not a must have though. A key to influencing key shareholders is to have the ability to solve complex, technical problems with simple and practical solutions. Experience in defining project management, collecting requirements, designing processes and software solutions around: detailed functional specifications; coordinating efforts to scope, scheduling, cost/benefit analysis and new software deployment is paramount. Most importantly, you have the ability to effectively communicate your project management results to various departments within the organization.

  • Completed Bachelor’s, preferably Master's Degree from an accredited university.

  • A few years relevant professional experience in planning and/or Supply Chain.

  • Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.

  • Organized, self-starter and a quick learner.

  • Experience of dealing with results, metrics and data management and desire to create and build new processes.

  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be an independent problem solver that can make high quality judgments and decisions quickly with excellent organization skills.

  • Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate.

  • Excellent written, verbal, listening, communicating, and negotiating skills coupled with ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise is required.
