Are you looking for a rewarding challenge? Amazon’s Operations and Customer Service organization is looking for a recruiter to join our growing team. Our Recruiters use their business acumen to provide consultative recommendations and influence to their client teams. They partner with Recruiting and HR Leaders to understand our staffing models and long term objectives/goals. They also leverage their negotiation and relationship skills to effectively close candidates.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruitment
• Partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to determine and anticipate staffing needs and changes
• Create innovative and robust recruitment strategies and execute processes and programs to support assigned business area
• Review and screen all resumes and applications
• Meet established metrics for sourcing, offers and hires
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in recruiting
At least 2 years' experience in corporate and or search firm recruiting experience
The ability to search out, screen, network, interview, and recommend prospective candidates for employment
The ability to stay organized and prioritizes multiple tasks without compromising quality or service
Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease
Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and networks.
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently through verbal and written correspondence.
Fluency in written and spoken English
Fluency in other European language(s) a plus.
