Create consumer and retail marketing strategy that optimizes the consumer journey and experiences for our partners to drive, our share, revenue, and category profit while building consumer preference for Microsoft Office products.

This category expert has a unique perspective – across channels and marketing vehicles– to enable a higher-level, consumer marketing strategy and offers subject matter expertise to our partners to increase joint successes within a product category. They create marketing strategies that optimize the consumer journey across CCG channels to drive share, revenue, category profit and customer preference for Microsoft products.

This is a highly visible role and a fully functioning member of the CCG LT. It is the perfect role for an experienced transformational leader who wants to deliver impact in an area of great potential.

Your Activities:

Plan:

Create category marketing strategy, with associated budget activity, to influence the retail assortment in such a way to maximize success for ourselves and our partners

Execute:

To create and deliver an execution plan against the marketing strategy and to align that execution plan with the key stakeholders.(i.e. M&O Leader, CMO Leader, Channel Market Manager)

Manage & Monitor:

Develop market analytics and BI insights in a category and use that insight to manage the product life cycle through GTM plans and category P&L and scorecards
