Amazon Prime is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Manager (m/f) - Amazon Prime Program.

This position is based in Munich with an unlimited and full-time contract.

Role Expectations:

  • Responsible for raising awareness of Prime and for driving traffic to Prime signup locations using innovative merchandising techniques including Prime Gateway takeovers

  • Being the primary Prime PoC for driving acquisition in Germany and Austria for the following channels: local site merchandizing (including such high traffic areas as the Amazon Gateway Prime marketing slots), Email (strategy & implementation), TV advertising (consulting with local Mass & Brand advertising team), SEO/SEM (consulting with the EU Consumer Marketing team), and business development (working with the local biz dev team and worldwide Prime team)

  • Analyze metrics and report on performance to the Country, EU and worldwide leadership teams on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

  • Support upcoming confidential benefit launches

Qualifications:

  • Multiple years experience in building content online, online merchandising and/or Web Publishing

  • At least Bachelor's degree with good/very good results

  • First-class written and verbal communication skills in German and English

  • Experience writing customer-facing content in German that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the internet shopper.

  • Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

  • MS Office (particularly Excel) plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly

  • Photoshop and web design skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Aptitude for organization

  • Experience managing large amounts of data

  • Understanding and use of web metrics and how to gauge

  • XML/HTML skills: no need to hand-code, but you can troubleshoot in both

  • SQL knowledge
