We are searching for a flexible, motivated, dynamic, energetic and inspiring team member to support our Head Office in Munich with immediate effect.

  1. Recordkeeping
  • Maintain records and keep files orderly in line with legislative requirements

  • Create, update and maintain annual leave and personnel plans

  1. Payroll processing & Benefits
  • Collect payroll data and submit to external service provider

  • Attend to internal pay queries

  • Advise on benefits, i.e. maternity leave, parental leave, retirement funds

  • Liaise with service providers, ie Insurance, Retirement, Authorities

  1. Recruitment
  • Create job postings and screen applications

  • Establish interviews and handle correspondence till placement via iCims

  • Generate employment contracts

  • Is responsible for take-ons and exits, ie onboarding schedules, exit interview scheduling, termination processing, and working compliance

  • Establish reference letters

  1. Employment Relations
  • Provide general guidance on current and amending legislative topics regarding compensation, leave, absence notification
  1. General
  • Handle departmental general correspondence

  • Arrange travel and entertainment related to HR and Training

  • Translations English / German

  • Support with HR projects

  • Provide statistics on needs be basis

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Personnel Administration

  • Excellent knowledge of labor, compensation, tax legislation

  • 2-3 Years’ experience in DACH, preferred also Czech in retail, service or hospitality industry

  • Native German and Business English. French or Czech preferred

  • Ability to work independently, great sympathetic communicator and team player, attentive to detail and deadlines
