Go Live Manager

Location: Germany

Essential Functions:

  • Perform go-live of customer site including product optimization, training and technical assistance

  • Provides initial on-site and remote support to new RDS customers

  • Work with sales, customer and partner to ensure training activities are scheduled

  • Create customer and internal training plans as required

  • Provide specific implementation expertise and mentorship to colleagues and partners

  • Monitor and manage technical issues and ensure they are resolved

  • Provide mentorship and support to Business Partner’s field staff, sales and customers as required

  • Provide management support to the regional sales team

  • Maintain strong product knowledge

Robotic Dispensing Systems Go-live Manager must possess skills in the areas of:

Electrical/Electronic

  • Familiar with industrial and domestic wiring practice

  • Ability to follow electrical & electronic schematics & fault find down to component level

Pneumatics

  • Familiar with main components

  • Ability to follow schematics & problem solve

Mechanical

  • Ability to follow and understand mechanical drawings

  • Familiar with basic hand tools

Computer & IT Skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of all core Microsoft Products

  • Understanding of databases e.g. SQL

  • Ability to discuss IT and integration related topics

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong background in customer training (5+ years)

  • 5+ years of experience working in the areas of technical support and training within healthcare industry

  • Strong hardware and software trouble shooting skills

  • Must communicate effectively and provide weekly reporting to regional management

  • Effective manager of own time and schedule.

  • Ability to work in a changing and demanding environment.

  • Ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and negotiate consensus effectively.

  • Committed to continuous learning and ability to develop an in-depth understanding of the product.

  • Customer satisfaction advocate

  • Fluent in German and English

Additional Desired Knowledge and Skills:

  • Willingness to travel within region and International as business requires

  • Previous experience within pharmacy automation

  • Has a strong understanding of automation and pharmacy workflow

  • Additional language skills highly desirable.

Work Conditions:

60% international travel

Lifting of items weighing 20kg or more

Working on construction sites and over weekends as required
