The SAP Hybris Partner Team drives partner business development and SAP Hybris portfolio adoption globally. The clear focus is on orchestrating and executing on our partner implementation readiness as well as making sure that the education portfolio is matching our partner needs. To achieve these goals, we collaborate closely with Market Units and diverse teams (e.g. product marketing or solution management) spread across various regions globally.


  • Work as part of a global channel team

  • Directly responsible for driving own projects to support the global channel team and enable our SAP Partners

  • Content creation for i.e. marketing collaterals

  • Create and manage on-going processes for partners, helping them to analyse team setup, training needs, participation in specific programs, etc.

  • Responsibilities include identifying partner and channel team needs, including managing content assembly, coordination and delivery of tools and processes

  • Support the global team to Develop and apply a standardized/consistent Framework

  • Establish feedback mechanisms and provide feedback from key partner personnel into the various SAP Hybris product management and development teams

  • Cooperate closely with our product management and software development departments to keep your knowledge of the SAP products and technology up to date


  • At least Bachelor`s degree in computer science or related subject

  • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages an asset.

  • Self-driven, proactive and highly motivated team-player with the drive to take individual responsibility

  • Understanding the market dynamics of the Enterprise Commerce and Marketing markets

  • Experience of working in Enterprise software environment


  • Good knowledge of SAP Hybris (or other Commerce & Marketing software)

  • Experience of working in Enterprise software environment

  • Proven commercial acumen


Ideally 2-3 year experience with SAP Hybris respectively extended experience in using similar enterprise software
