Job Purpose/Background:

The International iShares sales team develops and maintains relationships with Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) investors outside of the United States.

The iShares Sales Team for Germany, Austria & CEE is responsible for developing the business in the region. It works in close partnership with the Compliance teams on adapting processes to meet the legal and customer-specific requirements of the EMEA region and the individual countries.

Key responsibilities

  • Servicing the iShares Hotline and Email Inbox and responding to investor queries
  • Sales Support and Business Development in the ETF area, e.g. analysing and preparing data (e.g. via Bloomberg) and development of supporting documentation and presentations
  • ETF Product- und Performance analysis as well as market research
  • Preparation of monthly regulatory and individual reportings
  • Preparation of portfolio analysis for institutional investors utilizing Aladdin and Bloomberg
  • Providing support with the monthly and quarterly updates of the MPS models
  • Providing support to partner banks with the fusion processes with iShares ETFs
  • Evaluation of the monthly holdings and the NNM of partner banks
  • Updating client data in the CRM-System


  • Successfully completed at least 4 semesters
  • Studies with focus on business administration, management or economics preferred
  • Other internships in the financial sector
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
