Based from our Corporate Office in Munich and Berlin, the Amazon DSP Management Team is looking to hire a passionate, dynamic, analytical, technically skilled, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Audit & Compliance Specialist. As a member of Amazon Logistics team you will ensure that our logistics service providers adhere to our contractually agreed service standards and you contribute actively to the development of their quality and performance. This is a pivotal role in terms of ensuring Amazon achieves its customer promise on the last mile.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the DSP Compliance Manager to ensure compliance of the suppliers in your region towards official and Amazon regulations.

  • Conducting pre-engagement checks of suppliers and the onboarding-checks of their delivery personnel like background checks and related reports.

  • Supporting the DSP Compliance Manager with frequent DSP compliance audits.

  • Chasing all outstanding compliance topics proactively on a weekly basis and ensuring that all records and reports are up to date.

  • Ability to read, analyze and present research findings and audit outcomes.

  • Helping out with root cause analysis of defects and KPI breaches.

  • Ability to problem solve using deep dive analysis.

  • Continuously improving quality of the work of our suppliers.

  • Ability to build good working relationships in and outside of the business, including supporting other team members, where necessary.

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.

  • Experience in the field of audit and compliance.

  • Experienced in and enjoying working with administrative tasks and processes.

  • Experience with a fast-paced working environment where meticulous work is key.

  • A self-starter can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

  • Able to research or problem solve using deep dive analysis.

  • Able and willing to work to flexible schedules and commit the time required to get the job done.

  • Ideally you will have experience with compliance audits.

  • Ideally you have a law or business degree.

  • Ideally you will have experience with the vetting and onboarding of third party suppliers.

  • Ideally you will have profound knowledge of Excel.

  • Ideally you have experience in the logistics or a similar fast-paced logistics/distribution environment.

  • Ideally you have 2-3 years work experience.
