This role is a critical position responsible for generating revenue and market share for LBS products and services from customers in the Southern territory of Germany.
Responsibilities include the active management of existing accounts in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and to maximize sales potential across the targeted portfolio. To achieve this, the Account Manager will actively manage these account, leveraging the complete Leica Biosystems product portfolio, develop account based sales plans and strategies to increase market penetration, as well as, proactively manage existing sales pipelines through to a successful close.
To succeed, you will have relevant and demonstrable sales / account management experience gained within a clinical or life science environment, with a proven track record of successful selling of similar products through strong negotiation and closing skills. You will also have the ability to drive business success through managing customer needs, demonstrating consistent and impressive drive to bring change in support of growth over a period of time
