In this role, the candidate will report to the Sales Director Automotive RWCE.
Together with the Automotive Sales Director, the candidate is responsible for developing and growing the Western & Central Europe automotive and aftermarket business.
If you are a somebody with extensive sales and business development experience in the automotive or aftermarket (Lease, Fleet, UBI, etc.) sector with a Telematics, Car Electronics or car related IT background, we are looking for you! You should have a “self-starting” personality and should be able to work in an international matrix organized environment. We are looking for a highly motivated person who wants to become part of the automotive success story of Ericsson.
- University degree in Business, Engineering, IT or equivalent is preferred
- Proven sales record in the automotive industry
- Consultative selling skills including good understanding of the technical offering
- Good understanding of the automotive industry and organizational structures of OEMs (buying centre)
- Able to develop new business models
- Good market overview and contacts in the industry and customer base
- English is a must, fluency in German is preferred
Location: Germany,willingness to travel approx. up to 50% to multiple locations
