For our successful Business Development Team, we are currently looking for an EMEA Manager Business Development. This team takes the responsibility for lead generation and business development and is focused on generating new sales opportunities into well known accounts and brands, armed with the most compelling cloud marketing software suite and services in the market.

Responsibilites :

In this role, you will virtually manage a team of 10 Telesales Business Developers across the EMEA region and will be responsible for contributing to our overall success of Oracle’s Marketing Cloud suite. Furthermore you will:

  • Set clear expectations and vision for the BDM team;

  • Work closely with the various direct sales managers & directors in the region;

  • Close cooperation with the marketing managers;

  • Inspire & coach your team members, for them to excel in their job.

Qualifications:

  • Initial hands- on management experience of teams of at least 8 people;

  • Experience in lead generation for B2B enterprise solutions;

  • Fluency in English, German and/or Dutch;

  • Bachelor’s degree;

  • Demonstrated success developing a repeatable and sustainable lead generation process, a pipeline of leads, and conversion programs;

  • Interpersonal and team work skills;

  • Highly motivated to succeed

This role can be based in our Düsseldorf, Munich or Utrecht (The Netherlands) office.

Provides daily operations management of the inbound/outbound telemarketing call response and lead qualification functions. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle

  • s opportunities across all products and product lines.

Manages a team of telesales business development representatives for a territory/region. May manage through other managers. Provides daily operations management of inbound and outbound call response and lead qualification functions. Creates product, sales, and business function training programs. Coordinates marketing (direct mail, advertising, etc.) activities with Marketing organization. Participates as a team member in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff. Participates in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management. Manages budget. Provides support to marketing and sales programs.

Experience qualifying prospects and customers; understanding of the sales cycle process. Strong leadership skills. Strong Oracle product knowledge preferred. BA/BS preferred. Experience managing staff. Manage and control activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensure appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs.
