Job Description: The employee will perform a wide variety of tasks in support of Raytheon’s PATRIOT field support operations. Duties include, but are not limited to, supply chain management, shipping and receiving, follow-up and tracking of shipments, and government property management. Additionally, employee will be expected to interact with local and international vendors for procurement of materials, services, and office supplies. The employee is expected to issue, track, and maintain purchase orders as per Raytheon Company Policy and will work closely with business management in this capacity. Customs clearance for materials shipped to and from other foreign countries will occur on a regular basis and coordination for this effort is expected. Employee will ensure compliance and policies for import and export of materials covered under the International Trafficking in Arms (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) are followed. Employee will be responsible to maintain proper HAZMAT procedures as dictated by US Military and Raytheon Company Policy. As mission dictates, employee will need to assist in the coordination of parts deployment between different Theater operations. Employee will receive corporate mail and invoices and distribute to the business team in the U.S. Last, employees are expected to perform other duties as assigned. NOTE: This position can be a salary grade A01 or A02 based on the candidates qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience, education and responsibility requirements for the position. Required Skills: One (1) year experience in office management and documentation process. One (1) year of experience / knowledge of shipping / receiving procedures. Must hold a fully SOFA qualified Military ID Card in Germany Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance Desired Skills: Strong organizational skills Speaks German Experience with SAP or other ERP system Resource management Adapt quickly to new situations and retain information with ease Required Education (including Major): Bachelor's degree or multiple years of relevant field experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
