Cosma International Group Program Manager (m/w) in München, Germany
To oversee all Programs within Magna Seating & BMW through management and supporting Program Management team and dealing with escalation issues.
Manage the strategy and programs within OEM group and ensure the right level of program management expertise is in place
Leading a team of Program Managers and their Program Team through effective communication and coordination.
Manage the Program managers within the group developing the skills and growing the leadership performance.
Drive the goal setting and program manager target setting for the projects and individuals.
Ensure that all PDP activities are managed and controlled, and all deliverables, completed and audited for accuracy with evidence.
Manage KPI Reporting, Red Flags, Change Management (PLM+)
Ensuring effective communication and reporting to the suppliers, Customer and relevant JIT plants and Group Office
Ensure that all customer and internal timing milestones are met and robust plans are in place with clear ownership.
Provide an interface to all internal departments on program specific requirements
Clearly communicate critical issues to the management team to allow corrective actions to be taken.
Facilitating high level interaction with the Customer and suppliers and internally where required
Support critical leadership reviews and present the status of the programs internally and externally
Ensuring compliance to all Company and plant work practices and procedures along with legislative requirements.
Wissen und Ausbildung
- Engineering / Technical degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline otherwise relevant skills gained through experience in a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal skills including both written and verbal communication.
Excellent project management skills.
Business decision making and problem solving skills.
Strong presentation, organizational and influencing skills.
PC literate – Microsoft Office
Leadership skills (direct reports and leading by facilitation / influence)
Working knowledge of Customer processes
