About the Job
The Content Support Associate supports Content Strategists in organisational activities. The key activities are focused on book products/projects and supporting team members in order that team works efficiently. Additionally you will support colleagues in the Content team Support Centre in activities such as market research or maintaining relevant systems.
Your responsibilities on this role would be following :
Create new titles in Products Planning and Management System administration
Create product organisation lists and templates in Excel
Provide filing (electronic and physical)
Prepare presentations (e.g. sales meeting)
Research activities (addresses, contracts, royalties, etc.)
Code invoices (in Oracle)
Ideal candidate would have following skills and experiences:
Knowledge of Products Planning and Management System (PPM)
Experience in publishing company
High level of accuracy and ability to organise her/himself
Strength in dealing with numbers
As a minimum requirement, we expect you to have :
High School or education as Office Assistant
Excellent skills in MS-Office (Excel skills are essential)
Experience with database / data management systems required
Fluent German ( must have ) and good English language skills
