About the Job
The role of the Content Coordinator is a key role to support Content Strategists in organisational activities. The main focus is on administrative/market research activities. The Content Coordinator delivers information to enable the Content Strategist to make reliable business decisions. Additionally s/he supports Customer Support and colleagues in the Content Team Support Centre in maintaining relevant systems and day-to-day-project activities.
Your responsibilities on this role would be following :
Organise and evaluate test reading campaigns and Fokus Groups
Organise market research activities in cooperation with CS
Organise travel arrangements and accounting for authors
Support CS with travel arrangements and accounting
Support networking activities
Support CS with daily administrative matters
Ideal candidate would have following skills and experiences:
Good communication skills
High level of self-organisation
Experience in publishing company
High level of accuracy and ability to organise her/himself
As a minimum requirement, we expect you to have :
High School or education as Office Assistant
Excellent skills in MS-Office (Excel skills are essential)
Market Research experience and experience with tools such as e.g. surveymonkey
Fluent German ( must have ) and good English language skills
