  • You have successfully completed a college degree with above-average marks in the field of civil or process engineering or have a comparable qualification.

  • You possess well-founded knowledge of environmental protection legislation and ideally have certification as an expert in accordance with Sect. 18 of BBodschG (Federal Soil Protection Act).

  • Moreover, you shall be able to respond to your counterpart in critical situations and act with self-confidence vis-à-vis authorities.

  • You shall also contribute your excellent organizational and coordination skills to our global and multicultural organization and are able to communicate effectively in German and in English.

TaskDescriptionOur Soil, Groundwater and Contaminated Sites unit is responsible for implementing soil conservation and groundwater protection at the Ludwigshafen location.

  • You will participate in our sewer renovation project, evaluate issues based on soil conservation regulations and maintain contact with the relevant authorities.

  • In this process, you shall assess possible adverse soil changes during the course of the sewer renovation project.

  • You will moreover develop evaluation criteria based on soil conservation regulations and inform the relevant authorities with regard to the projects progress and results.

  • In addition, you shall prepare and give presentations for internal and external occasions and provide your input during project-related events and workshops.
