As a participant in the FFAB Graduate Program you will rotate for 18 months through challenging positions within our fabrication in Freising. You will have the chance to get to know the whole organization and to focus on different sections like for example: Industrial Manufacturing, Process Engineering or Test etc. With individual training periods and a well-experienced mentor we will help you to broaden your technical knowledge as well as to develop your personality.

Your tasks:

  • Understanding the processes and procedures of semiconductor fabrication and in testing

  • Support of departments, projects and day-to-day-business

  • Willingness to familiarize yourself independently with new fields of activity

  • Support of the ongoing process improvement

  • Development of new procedures in production engineering

  • Work different shifts

What it takes to join the Program:

  • Degree in technical studies (Bachelor, Master, Diploma)

  • First work experience would be a plus

  • Fluent German and good English language skills

  • Willing to work different shifts
