As the Territory Sales Executive for your region you will be responsible for growing the business in your region by signing, training and activating new Western Union agents and managing business development activities with existing agents. Alongside this you will follow up on incoming leads and perform a number of sales visits on a daily basis to generate further leads. A key component of you role will therefore be to negotiate for long term partnerships with new agents through an attractive and competitive value proposition.
Your process will involve signing and activating agents which will include collecting documentation needed for agent enrolment and then supporting your agents throughout the activation process through training, software, installation, marketing, material and follow up communication as required. From here you will manage the performance of your agents after activation to ensure they become and continue to be productive. You will also be responsible for business development and support of all agents in your sales territory. Including but not limited to launching of new marketing activities, development projects and training of agents.
Based in the Stuttgart region and combining these responsibilities you will meet if not exceed your sales targets and report directly into the Country Manager of Germany.
As the successful candidate for this position you will bring experience from a sales role with a proven track record in exceeding your objectives. You will be highly ambitious and have a strong drive to succeed. You will want to grow professionally and excel within fast paced workplace. A target driven environment is what you enjoy and you will see yourself as someone who possesses strong negotiation skills and has the ability to analyse markets and prioritize sales activities. Alongside this you will enjoy building new relationships and have strong interpersonal skills. As this role is a field based position in your region it essential that you have a current driver’s licence and the willingness to travel. You will be confident with the use of MS Office and have fluent German and good English language skills. Additional language skills will be beneficial as well.
