As experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant specialized in training you'll have the unique opportunity to bring these elements together, and enhance the value that we bring to clients.For example, you will be leading training teams i.e. plan and execute the relevant project activities in order to deploy training strategy and planning in large scale implementations and roll-outs.In order to fulfill your roles as Organizational Change Management Consultant specialized in Training you should have long-term experience and projects in e.g. training lead roles,project management and training deployment in large-scale ERP implementations as well as long-term experience in instructional design and lifescience.
