Job Overview:

Manage client implementation projects as well as oversee implementation process and methodology enhancements and other internal initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Concur Functional Consultant / Design Specialist

  • Lead overall project

  • Lead Project Status calls

  • Good communication skills able to effectively communicate with clients and team members (oral and written)

  • Ensure overall success of project for positive referral

  • Ability to facilitate training and design sessions (remote or on-site) working with a Functional Consultant

  • Ensure Project Methodology is adhered to at all times and that all project milestones are accurately followed and recorded on client portal

  • Provide monthly project dashboards and reporting to Senior Management

  • Ability to carrying out risk assessment and maintain a project risk register

  • Time Management

  • Assist with time & material project scoping

  • Accurate tracking of all resources time per project

  • Budget Control to ensure projects are within budget

  • 1st line of client escalation

  • Creation of the project plan and work with client to ensure realistic time scales are set and achievable both by Concur and client

  • Manage client expectations – clear messaging around resource availability/scheduling work appropriately

  • Scheduling of weekly calls

  • Ability to manage complex, global, multi-phase implementations

  • Work with account management on additional services/new opportunities, if requested.

  • Liaise with internal parties (R&D, Account Management etc.) manage internal escalations as when required

  • Assist client on future country planning

  • Ensure no scope creep

  • Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.

  • • Travel is needed between 35% and 45%. Travel is not required every time for half of the month but more in alignment on which projects the PM has and where the projects are as per milestone which will give them more or less travel in that month

Position Requirements

Education, Experience & Training required:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years in consulting field with Project Management Experience

  • 2+ years Concur experience

  • Business fluent in English Language.
