Job Overview:

Located in Frankfurt am Main, the Market Development Representative Manager is responsible for supporting the Marketing and Sales departments pipeline building initiative for the Enterprise and Large markets division. Lead generation includes qualification of all outbound and inbound leads via the phone, web, email, corporate events and mail campaigns. Reports to the Sr. Manager Market Development DACH.

Position Requirements

: Responsibilities:

  • Determine appropriate quotas according to company revenue goals

  • Deliver the appropriate monthly and quarterly number of qualified opportunities

  • Manage, scale and develop lead generation team to achieve desired results

  • Develop knowledge and implement insight selling approach

  • Own and implement outbound calling and email lead generation program

  • Develop knowledge of targeted verticals and strategic accounts

  • Develop knowledge of Concur portfolio and unique selling points

  • Stay current on competitor offerings and industry trends to leverage Concur’s strength

  • Customize calling approach and emails according to specific contacts, products and verticals

  • Use, adjust or create dashboard and report to track results and anticipate needs.

Education, Experience & Training required:

  • Experience in a sales position, inside sales positon or marketing department

  • Experience designing and executing lead generation programs, preferably in the in B2B software industry

  • Deep understanding of outbound lead generation best practices

  • Track record of driving initiatives from planning through completion

  • Experience hiring, developing and coaching lead generation or inside sales teams

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in Business or Marketing
